One-to-one Counselling Sessions

For some people, Meditation, Courses and Group Sessions are not always the ideal way to approach problems. Instead, several one-to-one Counselling sessions may actually be the most appropriate and beneficial solution for you. These counselling sessions can be tailored to your exact needs. Whether you have issues with stress, anxiety, insomnia or even learning to meditate, we are here to help you.

Booking Your Appointment

Sessions are booked by the hour and we will talk to you at the assessment about how many sessions you may need, which may be as few as 3 sessions or a maximum of 12 sessions.

 Every effort is made to ensure that you can be seen at a venue close to where you live, if you are unable to access the practice room in Westbury, Malvern or Isbourne House Cheltenham.
